Terms of Use
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Raize (raizeapp.com). They apply when you use the website or the Raize browser extension. By creating an account or installing the extension, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Raize. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information and forms part of this agreement.
The things most worth knowing
- • You are applying for jobs. You are responsible for what goes out under your name — read the resume and the answers before they are sent.
- • LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed have their own rules, and some restrict automated use. Using Raize on them is your choice and your risk.
- • Raize never invents experience, employers, dates or qualifications, and shows you every addition it makes.
- • We cannot promise you interviews or a job.
- • One payment covers one profile for 30 days. Nothing renews by itself.
1. What Raize does
Raize reads job postings, scores them against your resume, and writes a resume tailored to a particular job by rewording your own experience in the language that job uses. The Raize browser extension can then fill in and submit applications on LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed on your behalf, in your own browser, while you watch.
Raize is a tool that helps you apply. It is not an employer, a recruiter, or an agent acting between you and an employer, and it has no say in any hiring decision.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must use Raize for your own job search, with your own resume. Do not use it to apply on someone else's behalf or with information that is not yours.
3. Your account
Keep your details accurate and up to date — Raize fills in forms exactly as you wrote them, so an error here becomes an error on your applications. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens through your account. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.
Tell us at support@raizeapp.com if you think someone else has got into your account.
4. What you are responsible for
Every application Raize sends goes out in your name. Before you apply, Raize shows you the tailored resume and lists everything it added, and asks you to acknowledge it. Read it. If something is wrong, do not send it. You are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of everything submitted from your account, including answers Raize filled in from your details.
Raize does not invent employers, dates, degrees or certifications. Where an application form asks something your data does not answer, Raize either asks you or gives a neutral answer; it is still your application, and you can correct anything before or after it is sent.
5. The job sites, and the risk you take
LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed are not connected with Raize. Each has its own terms of use, and some of them restrict automated or assisted activity. When you run the extension, you are choosing to have software act in your browser on a site where you are signed in.
We are honest about what that means: a job site may limit, suspend or close an account it believes is automated. Raize does not hide what it is doing, does not disguise itself, and applies a limit per session with a cool-down between sessions to keep the pace human — but we cannot guarantee how a job site will treat your account, and we are not responsible if one restricts it. If that worries you, use the tailored resumes and apply by hand; the extension is optional.
You remain bound by each job site's own terms, and you must not use Raize to do anything on them that those terms forbid.
6. Fair use
Please do not:
- • apply for jobs you have no intention of taking, or flood employers with applications;
- • use anyone else's resume, identity or account;
- • resell, rent out or share your access, or use Raize to run a service for other people;
- • copy, reverse-engineer or tamper with the software, or try to reach parts of it you were not given access to;
- • use Raize for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks a job site's rules.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
7. What you need, and what we support
The website works in any modern browser. The extension needs Google Chrome (or a Chromium browser that accepts Chrome extensions) and an internet connection, and it updates itself through the browser — you do not have to do anything to get fixes.
Support is by email at support@raizeapp.com. We answer as quickly as we reasonably can; there is no guaranteed response time, and support is provided as it is.
8. Payment
Raize is sold per profile: one payment covers one job profile for 30 days. Prices are shown before you pay and include any taxes that apply. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card or UPI details.
Nothing renews automatically. A profile simply stops at the end of its 30 days unless you choose to extend it. Because the work you are paying for — building tailored resumes — starts immediately, a fee is not refundable once a profile has been created. If a payment fails but money leaves your account, write to support@raizeapp.com and we will return it, normally within 5–7 working days.
If we change what Raize costs, the new price applies to profiles you create after the change, never retroactively.
9. What we do not promise
We cannot promise you interviews, replies, or a job. Hiring decisions belong to employers.
Job postings come from third-party sites and can be out of date, wrong, or removed after we read them. The AI that writes your tailored resume can make mistakes — that is precisely why Raize shows you what it changed and asks you to confirm before anything is sent. Raize is provided as it is, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Raize also depends on services we do not control — the job sites themselves, our hosting and our AI provider. If one of them changes, fails, or blocks us, parts of Raize may stop working until we adapt. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
10. Who owns what
Your resume, your details and your answers remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them so Raize can do what you asked — including sending the relevant text to our AI provider to write a tailored resume, and attaching that resume to applications you approve. That permission ends when you delete your account.
The Raize software, website, extension and design are ours, and stay ours. You get permission to use them for your own job search; nothing more is transferred.
11. Ending it
You can stop using Raize at any time and ask us to delete your account (support@raizeapp.com). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we must for legal or security reasons. If we close your account for something you did not do wrong, we will refund the unused part of any current profile.
12. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Raize is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including a job you did not get, an opportunity you missed, or action a job site takes against your account. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as Raize changes. The date at the top changes with them, and anything significant will be told to you in the app before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, stop using Raize and ask us to close your account.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
